Lucas is the President and Founder of Affordable Homes of Denver, Inc. since 1999. He has helped thousands of people buy and sell homes over the years. Lucas enjoys his daily drives through the parks, helping people into new homes and meeting park managers through the years. He is a Broomfield native and in his spare time enjoys the outdoors and his family time.
Jennifer Walthall
Jennifer has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2004, bringing over two decades of experience and dedication to her clients. Her passion is helping people organically—without pressure—so they can confidently find the perfect place to call home.
With a background in the legal field, Jennifer is highly detail-oriented and thorough in every transaction. She thrives under pressure and skillfully guides both buyers and sellers through the process with professionalism and care. Building genuine connections with her clients is one of her greatest strengths, and she takes pride in making each experience smooth and successful.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her two boys and her three beloved dogs—two chocolate labs and a golden retriever.

Christina earned her Broker’s License in 2025 and brings with her a unique and personable background in the beauty industry. Having previously worked as a hairstylist, she developed a true passion for customer service and building lasting relationships within her community.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Gigi and George, especially taking them to the dog park for some fun and fresh air.

Elena was born in Phoenix and later visited Colorado, where she instantly fell in love with the beautiful scenery and welcoming communities. It didn’t take long for her to make Colorado her permanent home—and she has happily been here ever since.
Bilingual and deeply committed to serving others, Elena is passionate about helping her community in any way she can. With a strong background in banking, she brings valuable financial knowledge, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset to every transaction.
